Designed for beginner adults, Tennis 101 is a class that will provide you with the basic skills and knowledge to move forward with confidence in our tennis program. This class is a great opportunity for those who have never played tennis before and are interested in a lifetime sport!

Take the next step in your journey with Tennis 201! Designed for recent 101 graduates or players who haven't picked up a racquet in a while, Tennis 201 builds on the fundamentals while introducing strategy and point play instruction.

Tennis 101/201

Fridays 5:00-6:30pm

Tennis 101/201 is a clinic tailored to beginner adults with little to no tennis experience. This clinic will focus on teaching the fundamental skills and techniques essential to the game. As players progress, the clinic will gradually introduce strategic concepts and point play, helping players build confidence and elevate their game to the next level.

Instant Clinic

Mondays & Wednesdays 7:00-8:30pm | Fridays 6:30-8:00pm | Saturdays 9:00-10:30am

For Intermediate players (USTA 3.0-3.5). The aim of this clinic is to work on our technical game through drills with the coach, followed by point play with a 4:1 ratio on the court.

Live Ball 

Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00-8:30pm | Sundays 9:00-10:30am

In this fast-paced clinic, servers and returners are replaced by champions and challengers. This 90-minute workout focuses on point play strategies and is full of fun, competition and camaraderie.

Advanced Clinic 

Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00-8:30pm

For Advanced players (USTA 4.0-4.5). This clinic is perfect for those looking to get plenty of repetition and play in competitive "match-like" scenarios with points and games against a variety of players. We will put you through the paces and give advice on technique and strategy.
